Policies & transparency
Acceptable Use Policy
Business identity, support details and applicable local requirements will be supplied by the owner later. This document requires legal review before launch.
Lawful and respectful use
Use 2Tomatoes Games for lawful browsing, shopping and communication. Do not send threats, harassment, unlawful content or impersonate another person or business. The policy applies alongside the Terms of Service.
Shopping and payment integrity
Do not use stolen payment information, submit fraudulent orders, manipulate pricing or attempt to bypass checkout protections. Only purchase using details and payment methods you are authorized to provide.
Security and personal information
Do not attempt unauthorized account access, probe for private order data, distribute malicious code or bypass access restrictions. Never request another customer's credentials or payment information through this storefront.
Automated access and availability
Do not overload the website, disrupt other shoppers or evade technical limits. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is permitted; this policy is not a blanket prohibition on legitimate crawlers. Automated activity must respect security boundaries and applicable law.
Rights in content
Do not publish or distribute catalog photography, branding or editorial content in ways that infringe the owner's rights. Do not misrepresent development sample articles as expert endorsements or verified product reviews.
Messages and submissions
Where communication channels are active, provide accurate relevant information. Do not include card numbers, security codes, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. No newsletter subscription forms are offered.
Enforcement and reporting
The operator may apply proportionate restrictions to unlawful or harmful activity, subject to applicable rights. Reports and appeals can be sent to [email protected]. This draft does not claim that an automated moderation system exists.
