Operator and scope
These are draft terms for the 2Tomatoes Games storefront. The seller's legal name, registered address, contact details and registration information are awaiting confirmation. No jurisdiction or company identity is implied by this draft.
Product information
Product names, images, prices, variants and available specifications are supplied by the Shopify catalog. Read the selected variant and included contents carefully. Product imagery may show context or accessories; only documented contents should be assumed included.
Prices and currency
Euro is the default storefront currency. Additional currencies depend on the store's enabled Shopify Markets. We do not relabel amounts or invent exchange rates. Delivery costs, taxes and the final amount payable are presented at checkout when supported.
Purchases and confirmation
Adding a product to a Bag or Wishlist does not create an order or reserve inventory. Checkout is completed with Shopify in a separate tab. A successful completed checkout and the seller's applicable acceptance process determine order confirmation; opening checkout is not proof of payment.
Payment, delivery and returns
Payment methods and delivery options are displayed at checkout. This storefront never asks for payment card credentials. See Shipping and the Refund Policy for the information currently available. Business-specific delivery commitments and return conditions must be confirmed before launch.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate checkout and delivery information, use a payment method you are authorized to use, and follow product safety guidance. Do not attempt to access another customer's information or disrupt the service. Additional restrictions appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Content and intellectual property
Brand assets, editorial materials and catalog imagery may be protected by their respective owners. Browsing the site does not grant permission to reproduce, commercially distribute or impersonate those materials. Publisher and third-party rights remain with their owners.
Service availability and external services
The storefront may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or provider failures. Shopify and payment services have their own applicable terms. No guarantee of uninterrupted access is made, and no provision excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disputes and changes
The seller is 2Tomatoes Games SL (C/ Cima, 8, Sant Julià de Ramis, Spain; Registro Mercantil B66833427; LEI 959800KE2B70SR13DK39; EUID ES17010.000251987). Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in this draft removes mandatory consumer protections. Material revisions must be communicated as required by applicable law.
